How do I get in touch?

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm and Friday 9am-1pm.

Do you offer Click&Collect?

Sorry, click and collect is currently unavailable.

Yes. You can choose our Click&Collect service as a delivery option in your shopping basket. This is free for most items, excluding tickets. You can collect from the office at Stark’s Park Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-1pm and on match days 10am-2pm. Please wait 24 hours for us to prepare your order, and bring your confirmation email (either printed or on your phone).

What is your returns policy?

We have  a 14 day return policy. You can return any item (except those marked as a sale item) within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase cost (minus delivery costs).

Please contact us before you return any goods via email or phone. Once doing so, goods can be returned to: Raith Rovers Football Club, Stark’s Park, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1SA (FAO Online Shop) 

The item must be in their original condition. If it came sealed/shrink-wrapped, it must not have been opened.

We cannot offer refunds on the following items: perishable goods (e.g. food), personalised items & tickets (including event bookings).

If the goods you are returning are worth more than £40, please use a tracked delivery service (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).

Please allow 14 days to process the refund, or ship out a replacement.

We can only process returns for items bought directly through the online shop (e.g. not the Club Shop at Stark’s Park).

My item arrived damaged/I received the wrong item. What do I do?
